This Privacy Policy explains how PolyArb Analytics LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Polymarket Arbitrage Scanner website and software (the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account data — such as your name, email address, and any contact details you provide when you subscribe or request access.
Payment & blockchain data — because payment is made on-chain, we process your public wallet address, the transaction hash, and the network, token, and amount of your payment in order to verify it. Blockchain transactions are inherently public. We do not take custody of your wallet, private keys, or funds, and we do not collect payment-card numbers.
Manager communications — when you contact our manager on Telegram to confirm a payment or request a refund, we process your Telegram handle and the messages, proof, and records you share with us for that purpose.
Configuration data — the scanner settings, thresholds, and preferences you set.
Connected platform data — where you choose to link supported accounts or odds sources, limited to what is needed to compare prices and (where you enable it) route orders. We do not sell or custody your funds.
Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interaction events, collected automatically.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service and its arbitrage detection.
To verify on-chain payments, grant and manage access, and process any refund requests.
To communicate with you (including via Telegram) about payment confirmation, access, and support.
To deliver alerts you have configured (browser, Telegram, Discord, or email).
To monitor performance, prevent abuse, and secure the platform.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, together with first- and third-party analytics and advertising pixels (including advertising-network sensor tags), to understand traffic, measure campaigns, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality. Third-party providers process this data under their own privacy policies.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, messaging platforms such as Telegram); (b) advertising and measurement partners for the pixels described above; and (c) authorities where required by law. Note that on-chain payment data (your wallet address and transaction hash) is recorded on public blockchains and third-party block explorers, which are outside our control. These parties are permitted to use the data we share only for the purposes we specify.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for any additional period required to meet legal, tax, or security obligations. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
