Polymarket Arbitrage Scanner, operated by PolyArb Analytics LLC ("we", "us", "our"), is an independent analytics and workflow tool. This Disclaimer sets out important limitations you must understand before using the Service.

The Pro Scanner plan is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund of the USD 100 plan fee within seven (7) days of your payment being confirmed on-chain. This is a satisfaction refund of the plan fee only — it is not a guarantee of trading profit or income, and it does not cover your trading capital, trading losses, platform fees, on-chain gas fees, taxes, or currency-conversion differences.

The guarantee applies only within the 7-day window and under the conditions set out in the Terms of Service. Approved refunds are returned on-chain to the wallet that made the payment. Your use of the Service, and any results you obtain, remain your own responsibility.

6. Crypto Payments

Payments are made on-chain from your own self-custodial wallet using stablecoins on supported networks. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: sending the wrong amount or asset, using an unsupported network, or paying the wrong address may result in permanent loss of funds that we cannot recover. You are responsible for confirming the correct amount, token, network, and receiving address, and for any network (gas) fees. We do not custody your wallet, keys, or funds. Stablecoin values and network availability are outside our control.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Links

The Service references and may link to third-party platforms including Polymarket and various sportsbooks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms unless explicitly stated. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms and policies. We are not liable for their content, availability, rules, or actions.

8. Legal & Jurisdictional Responsibility

Prediction markets and sportsbooks are restricted or illegal in some jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and of any connected platform is lawful where you are located. Do not use the Service where prohibited.
